Product Descriptions:

Designed for expert users only the RIG is functionally similar to the I’D except that it does NOT include the anti-panic feature or toothed “wrong way” safety for ropes loaded incorrectly. The Multi-function handle allows users to control their rate of descent or lock-off entirely without the need to tie off the device. The RIG also includes an automatic return system on the handle to reduce the likelihood of an involuntary action by the user or falling object. Further, the handle can be closed when not in use which reduces the chance fouling the device. Thanks to the cammed design this device can be used to make a reversible haul system and for short rope ascents when used with an appropriate foot loop and handled rope clamp.
